筛选房客请教

是section8的房客。 母亲+ 女儿和两个外孙。 除去section8付的房租， 她们自己要付260。
两人都没有工作。 只有social service, 两人加起来每月只有$600左右。
没有银行帐户。 母亲信用分数548。女儿没有信用分数。 没有钱付deposit. 说是social service会付deposit. 我有点不相信。

想知道大家觉得这对母女如何？你们会租给她们吗？。social service 会付deposit 吗？ 以她们的收入付得出$260的房租吗？
