各个地方的地主有没有一个网站可以把烂房客的名字地址和干过的坏事

都写在上面，使得以后的地主可以按名字查的？这可是个很有用的service，就是怕有legal complications。加州有些county的eviction record不online，你必须去法院找，很麻烦。

那些查credit，eviction，employment和past landlord都是为君子准备的，小人啥也没有的情况下，什么都能作假的。
