More Qs on understanding credit report, thanks!

Will collection, court adjustment, bankrupt records be shown on credit report? If there is no such record, does that mean he is clear on those fields? I just noticed he only has $213 past due but with ~$3000 in total in two credit card account, I am a little confused.
