儿子的幸福生活

儿子今年22，大学毕业后在一家大投资公司做分析员，由于工作努力，3月后晋升，工资从3万2 到4万。几年前我们帮他买了一townhouse，他自住，又租出去一间给他的同学，每月租$500。

无房贷，无车贷每月还有租子收。俺最近让他把tounhouse 上的钱拿出来加上贷款，可再买两屋。 每月租金能有1500 到2000。
