说不定钥匙在卖家经纪的公司里。她又可以联络前业主，因为她有前业主的电话，也是买房经纪的权利之一（在联络不到卖家经纪时）。你可以叫她联络上你去拿钥匙。要是这也说忙就是你的经纪失职。
