有个国内房产的问题

有一个旧话题，前一段时间关于美国国税局海外追税闹得很凶，现在安静一下了。今天
突然又想起来，有个问题还没搞清。记得国税局海外追税查的是金融资产，如果有房子
在国内怎么办？我想有不少人有这样的情况，是不是要未雨绸缪，赶快把房子处理掉，
免得到时国税局要查房产时就来不及了
