不懂就问：为什么后院patio会破成这样，下面竟然是空的？

我明白patio不是地基的一部分，但它下面不该是土吗？为什么会是空的？这会影响到房子的地基吗？

右边

中间

左边

左边墙上有修补过的裂纹。是地基问题吗？如果是的话，和patio有关系吗？是地基问题引起patio损坏还是patio问题引起地基问题？

门后的客厅顶上有条长喜缝，是天花板时间长了变形还是地基问题引起？忘了拍PP。

终于会贴PP了，真不容易。:)
