求鉴定：这个是高压线盒子吗？对小孩有没有影响？

都要inspection 了，今天赫然见到一个大绿盒子竖在车库边，上面写着power company
cable啥的。会不会有高压电啊？家有小小孩，不得不小心。多谢！
