科盲上来问一声：Nexus 4用的是Google Apps，拿回国能用吗？

常常听说Gmail回国用不了，以前Google也停过，那么Nexus 4拿回国会不会用不了apps？谢谢。

另请大家share用各种smart phone的经验，Nexus 4， Galaxy Note2 (and S3)，iPhone,你们觉得哪种好？我比较在乎相机功能好，照片清晰颜色不失真，以及电池不会太快发烫。此外还有什么要注意的？多谢。
