房子交给property manager反而房租要降？

一年前跟风在离我天高皇帝远的地方买了投资房出租，开始都是自己管理，在craigslist上打广告出租，倒是很快有房客入住，收租子的日子还是很开心的。只是当小地主现在觉得有点太烦心了，就怕房客打电话。现在有点想通了，钱可以少赚，生活品质也很重要，决定在当地雇佣property manager. 可想不通的是联系的几个property manager给我一个在找租客的condo建议的房租竟比craigslist上低$100到$150.低房租再加上管理费，比我原来预计的cost要大很多。你们一般都会接受property manager建议的房租吗？还是自己定房租？
