新手请教, 房客到今天还没缴租, 我现在就应该收late fee 吗? 还是5号以后才能收?

according to lease:

Late fees.  In the event Tenant fails to pay rent when due, Tenant shall pay a late fee of $xx  

 plus $xx  per day for each day after 5  days that the sum was due.
