第一次当地主 － 出租房应保什么险？谢谢！

请问，出租房是保homeowner's insurance还是 rental insurance？各位见笑.

听说按地主保要贵很多。 请问各位地主都保什么险？大约一年多少钱？

 

要伞险吗? 大约保多少伞险?
