One has to look at foundamentals of economy to determine whether a trend hit the bottom or not.

With FED and Banks manipulate the market, who knows what to blow up next?

One thing for sure, when next crisis hits, (likely before 2015), the so called recovery will falter. Would any one believe housing can perform well if the broad market is not?

But before now and then (2015), housing will trend up. Smart investors will sell instead of buy.
