Oh, no! he was a "gentleman"!

my rental friend (another white, very experienced, was in courtroom around 300 (?) times for landlord-tenant cases, lost only few cases)thought i should win... but lost. also the judge lost my original files, not put them on the court database either. not follow most of the legal procedure in the courtroom.

i brought the issue upto the state office, and found out the lady in the displine office was a cousin of the head of the court ( I forgot all the titles) ... i learned a great deal of the crappy system...
