This Fannie Mae HOMEPATH property is APPROVED for HOMEPATH MORTGAGE & HOMEPATH RENOVATION FINANCING!!!

My agent told me it is possible for us to bargain with the seller after do our own home inspection and appraisal, but the loan agent tell me that Fannie Mae HOMEPATH property do not need appraisal, that is why they can ask higher price without considerate surroundings recently sold record.

I think I still like it after comparing the surrounding neighborhood at similar price range, though I do think the price is higher. The loan agent simply tell me to look at more properties during the waiting period.
