我今天早上接到几个房东的电话，

让我通知房客12月的房租只需要交一半，留下一半过节用。这几个都是美国人， 我知道其中几家的情况，自己都不算太富裕。说实话我挺感动的，因为我从来没想过这么处理。

我一般会给我自己的房客寄$100.00 gift card.
