Most the time, you don't have to go with listing agent. Listing agent's job is to show you the property, regardless you have buyer agent or not. You can see the house youself before you bring your agent. Of course if you have buyer agent, it's best you let the listing agent know up front.I have seen new houses myself first before I bring my agent. It was okey.
