有白蚁的房子能买来当投资房吗？

有白蚁的房子能买来当投资房吗？
看中一幢一层的小房子，97年，三面砖，内部从新油漆过，状态挺好，又在一个很成熟的区。很是喜欢。于是下了单。

今天报告出来，说有白蚁活动过的痕迹。在厨房的天花板和墙交界的地方。inspector还爬到对应的attic上看，说attic里也有白蚁活动过的痕迹。也就是说，白蚁曾经到达过attic.但是没有正在活动的迹象。Seller在disclosure中没有提到有白蚁。不过天花板和墙交界的地方有修补的痕迹。像是修补后再从新油漆的。

咋办？买还是撤？seller如果知情不报，也够可恨的！
