请教高手, 这是什么Roof?

看上了一个商业房,但他的Roof需要换.这是什么Roof啊?

The existing roof membrane is a multi-ply, built-up, cap sheet surfaced roof system over a plywood deck.

二层楼. Roof大约5000SF. 要换一个这样的Roof要多少银子啊?
