请教买房子的问题

第一次买房出租。

在德州，location很好， ￥208000， 区不错，1422 SQ.FT.  经纪说月租大约￥1650.

是不是贵点了？ 房子全新，UPGRADE非常好，房子后面风景也好。

可以买吗？
