利息是固定的，投资回报是变化的

比如10万的投资，2年后拿回4万，其中本金3万，回报1万；4年后分红1万，5年后拿回5万，其中本金2万，利润3万…… you got the idea. 现在还没有全部拿回来。以后的回报如何也不知道，怎么定利息？每次distribution, 他就要transfer money to us. 怎样才能证明这些钱不是 gift money, 而是我们的投资回报？
