我觉得没有，经营business和从事charity是两码不相干的事。

bad tenant必须赶走，这都没有异议吧，那是否一定要在这一天赶，宽限两天行不行。

从file evition到上庭， 到file writ of possesion，中间有多少天？tenant为什么不交房租？

宽限两天is not going to make any difference。

照旋MM的意思，最好是thanksgiving以后赶人，那如果tanant又哭诉，那是否要christmas以后再赶，然后不是一下就要到new year了吗？
