工薪族: 做好几件事，致富也不难

看了投坛，家坛不少贴，感慨良多，写一贴和工薪族朋友分享。

９８年一无所有来美，０１年毕业工作。既没本事炒股，也没眼光炒房，更别说什么外快。只能上班拼命工作，下班房前屋后。工资虽然不高，压力却也不大。只因为做好了以下几件事，今年净资产首次超过 Half Million。虽然和这的大股东，大地主们没法比，但可以达到自己的终极目标:６５岁轻松退休。

对工薪族而言，做好以下几件事，致富也不难。

１.Have a will;

2.Buy a 20 yrs term life insurance;

3.Build an emergency fund, put it into an online vitural bank saving account and earn 5% interest. (E*Trade saving account is a good choice)

4.Maxmize 401k. Choose low cost funds and create a diversified portfolio.

5.Maxmize Roth IRA. Buy vanguard low cost index funds.

6.买一栋自住房

７.Pay down mortgage. 用月供除１２，放到月供中付本金，类似于mortgage accelerate plan.

８.Fund 529 plan.本洲有好的（能抵税，费用低）就买本州的，没有就买Utah州的。

９.控制支出，避免入不敷出。

１０.剩下点钱（一百两百不等），直接从Vanguard买Index Funds.

１1.天天锻炼，定期检查。毕竟只有身体是自己的。

１２.定一份“Money”杂志，不断学习。

以上几件事不可能一次做到，但坚持几年也不难达成。自己只有这点本事，就从最基本的做起吧。

这几年坚持下来，加上上天眷顾，总算不辜负来美创业之初衷。以此和工薪族朋友分享。
