我手头上有这几张credit card.额度如下，但不能全部提现。

Chase Freedom $13000

REI VISA - $9,600

Bank of America Master - $7,000

Discover - $5,000

America Express - $4,000? 很久没用了

前段时间想着要贷款，还故意取消了一张$12,000的Chase Saphire

每张卡都应不能全额提现，还是不够。
