First of all you folks got to know what a PROJECT means.

54M government money for 236 units. As far as it is run like a project, catering to those who do no goods, it will be bad as any other project.

It looks good and nice because it is new.

Gangs are always on the look out to expand their territories. Fighting gangs is not exactly part of the landlord business.

It's better to eliminate such special complexes to disperse the bad people who gather and rule them.
