About credit line interest

WElls fargo just approved my application for home equity line. The rate is 5.75.
Is it too high? Is there a way to lower the rate? AS I know the rate show be really low these days.
Could anyone shed some light? Is 5.75 a reasonable rate. I need to make the decision by tomorrow.
