我该怎么办？

当时下offer时，MLS的flyer上是写着有central forced air,而且我也特别问过agent有没有AC,agent很肯定的答复我说有，这封email我还留着呢。结果前天home inspection时发现没有AC，感觉很不好，好象被欺骗了一样，自己装一个要3-4k呢.于是要求对方降价.对方的lender说不能直接approve new offer,需要先把旧的offer cancel，再resubmit new offer,因为是short sale，还需要对方lender的investor重新approve,而且，investor的BPO也不能保证是一样的.

现在有点犹豫，一则为这个房子已经花了近$1k;二则，还真担心重新下来的价格会更高.不知道版上的前辈们有没有过类似的经历？
