投资房修理费用问题

投资房拖拉了２个月终于要修完了，要放到市场上了，请问修理费用（＄１０ＬＫ左右）应该都能抵税，对吧？

没有像我这么慢的了吧？找的ｃｏｎｔｒａｃｔｏｒ拖，现在又赶上ｈｏｌｉｄａｙ　ｓｅａｓｏｎ出租的淡季。唉。
