如果是自主屋的话，Provident Funding可以做，不受你总共有多少financed properties的影响。但如果subject property是投资房的话，目前有银行最高可以做到10个financed properties，但不是PF。PF相关的lending guideline如下：

2.1.7. Multiple Financed Properties  (8/23/2011 9:24:50 AM)

For an owner occupied transaction, there is no limitation to the number of other, non-subject, financed properties that a Borrower may own. For a second home or investment property loan, the Borrower cannot have individual and/or joint ownership of more than four 1-to-4 unit properties that are financed, including the subject property and their primary residence. Ownership of commercial or multifamily (five or more units) real estate is not included in this limitation. The maximum number of financed properties is cumulative for all borrowers when there is more than one application per transaction. For Super Conforming loans, the Borrower cannot have individual and/or joint ownership of more than four 1-to-4 unit properties that are financed, including the subject property and their primary residence.
