2 - 是人去bank,  you provide tenants your bank deposit slip.

1.risky. 万一说寄了，你没收到，很麻烦。 --> That is what I think

For 3, does it work if the tenant and home owner are in different banks ? May I ask what do I need to provide to the tenant if they would like to pay this way ?
