纠结中，看中一房

房检报告出来，attic insulation has visual characterictics a*****estos, this type of insulation is located by attic hutch, 很小的面积，2009年作的new insulation, 估计新的盖在旧的上面，这一小部分没盖。房检说只要不动，就没啥问题。我查了一下石棉的危害，很吓人的阿。劳工觉得没啥。这种情况需要作a*****estos removal 吗？ or leave it alone.这个房子我很喜欢。
