租房

刚搬到加州，当时很急，租一个7o年代老房子，房东是一印度人，房子也還干淨，問題是衛生間水管出來的水很難聞，用了過濾器，只一𠆤月過濾网就很臟，找房東想讓換水管，可一星期沒打复，現在想換房子，可合同還有四𠆤月到期，請大家邦出主意，怎么好？
