中国公司如何发美国员工工资

一个朋友中国公司在美国要请几个兼职员工，现在想让我帮他每个月代发工资。他想把钱打到我个人帐户，我再分发。这样可以吗？IRS会不会找麻烦？是不是要建立一个公司帐户？如何操作（公司在中国，在美国没有收入）？
