What do you want to experience for?

Analyzing return rate is the basic function and decision of being a landlord. If you just want to ask around without even doing you own homework, it is a doomed from start decision.

Find a calculator introduced three times in the past two weeks, and put in numbers. If you can see 10% return, great. If you see -10%, don't.

If you still can't figure out exactly what to do, present your case and ask then.
