Can I withdrow my offer?

I made an offer with a dual agent, and the offer was accepted by the owner. The agent did not disclose the existance of a radon mitigation system to me until I found the info in MLS. Could I withdrow my offer before home inspection? (I made a copy of $500 check sending with my offer via email. The agent has not asked me to mail the check yet.)
