My son's food professor stated "organic" is no diferent from ordinary food products. The statement is backed up by many scientific studies. I have worked in agricukture related field for last 30 years and have never bought "organic".
Sadly the "organic" has become a very profitable business and a type of religion that many people follow without knowing what is "organic".
