Effective November 3, 2012, ordered by NJ Governor Chris Christie:
 1)Fuel will be sold only to vehicles with license plates
2) If last number on your plate is EVEN, you will get gas on EVEN days
3) If last number on your plate is ODD, you will get gas on ODD days
