买投资房后，填表中有一个问题，关于Vesting Information

各位大侠， 我和先生买了一个投资房后，在填表中，有一个问题，Martital Status and Vesting Information.说是和报税有关。

其中有二个选项，一个是 Hu*****and and Wife as joint Tenants

              第二个是 Hu*****and and Wife as Community Property

我不明白，我应该选哪一个。请指教下。 多谢多谢
