But situation is still terrible, we were told there is no timeline when the power would be back. House is getting colder and colder, we burn firewood to slow it down. Most of the traffic lights are not working and most of the roads are blocked, we could not go to township shelter to recharge phone yesterday. iPhones ran out of battery too soon, actually we didn't have any signal the first two days and intermittent signal now. I am actually in the nearby apple store to recharge our phone and to get warm up with lg, kids and nanny. The store provides lots of outlets for people coming, Better than yesterday, I had to stand in kings to wait for phone recharged so that we could get to know if school and working place are closed or not, everything people need terribly at this moment in Kings is gone ice,igniter, match, candles, not mentioned fire woods, which we luckily got 3 packages. Refrigerator began to melt yesterday, we could only get two bags of powder ice from kings. Our house is ok, no flooding in basement, my friends in neighbor had to use generator to pump sum pump every 2-3hours to keep the basement dry. However, out car was damaged by a big branch from neighborhood, though drivable.
We don't know when it's going to be over. Good thing is today is a sunny day, thank god! .:D)
