Pro 30 in CA. Vote Yes or No?

YES: 0.25%  increase in sales tax and some increase in state income tax for family over 500k. Gov claims this money will be used for schools.The argument is that no one assures the money will be used for school and the money will be mostly likely to be wasted by gov.

who to trust? if the money will be used for school, i will vote YES.
