在买一个短售房，要CLOSE 了SELLER 不肯签字怎么办？

两个银行都APPROVE 了。一切手续都停当了。准备CLOSE 的时候SELLER 不出现，现在搞成其中一个银行的APPROVAL 过期了。SELLER AGENT 只好FILE EXTENTION。

BUYER AGENT 不给力，没有任何UPDATE。如果EXTENTION 拿到后，不知道怎么要能够让SELLER 签字？

这个房我们已经等了5-6个月了。一些本来SELLER 要付的费用我们也答应付了（几百HERE AND THERE）
