网上说40万的房子月租4000才不亏，

可是交得起这么高月租的人都能买房了，为啥租房呢?请这里的地主们给个意见，10年新的独立屋，3200呎，finished地下室，4卧31／2浴，应值50万，该收多少租金呢？谢谢!
