·         Employee premiums– For most of you, 2013 premiums will be flat, or even lower than what you paid in 2012. This will be the case for more than 50% of XXXX employees who only cover themselves, or who cover only themselves and their child/children (i.e., not a partner). This compares to a projected national average increase in premiums of about 7%.
