For this individual case, it's sad. But it's not that much different from a disease got no cure.

US healthcare is great. But the discussion is, where is the line we could afford?

Death panel, sounds scary. Think of judge, or a jury, sounds familiar? Have you been in position when, need to make decision pull the plug or not...?

In the end, it's as simple as, we only have limited resource.
