倒霉的时候，航空公司也来趁火打劫。

给我岳父母买的来美机票，今天在LA转机。结果，航空公司把从LA到德州的那一段的航班取消了。然后把他们放到前面的那个航班上。而且这个改变跟本就没有通知我们。我们自己发现后，告诉他们前面的那个航班根本就不可能赶上，时间上不可能。结果他们就说可以改到明天。可是今晚在LA的食宿交通都要我们自己负责。和他们两个supervisor谈了，都说没有商量余地。理由只有一个，这是他们公司的policy。

航空公司越来越不地道了，服务越来越差。这种蛮不讲理的事情现在也是堂而皇之的上演。本来还有点同情航空公司被工会和退休员工拖垮了，现在巴不得他们都全部破产，让新的航空公司浴火重生，公平竞争。
