想在stockton买房的同学请注意

1. Stockton的性价比已经大大不如一年前了.

我去年$115K买的1600SF房子租$1300. 现在$150K-$160K买的2000+SF也是这个租金。

2. 租金下降的原因是出租房太多了。小小的Weston Ranch就有100多房子在出租市场。

和整个Antioch差不多。 Weston Ranch的人口不到Antioch的10%。

3. 我在Weston Ranch和Antioch 94531都有房子，对两处算的上了解。
