各位大拿, 这事靠谱吗?

家里刚有点隔夜粮, 老公就跃跃欲试了,今天参加了一个买地的讲座, 说在LANCASTER有片地,有非常好的发展前景,可能要发展太阳能,我觉得那里上不着天, 下不着地的,还要交地税,各位大拿怎么看?
