问题是我已经付了earnest money, 而且也同意了inspection report, 现在还来得及和银行谈判吗？

在seller disclosure statement里没有提到one bath, one bedroom without permit, listing agent 也没有说。 我的home inspector也没有发现。

listing agent 上周四把我的 offer 提交给银行，我现在才发现问题。
