一个LLC的revenue 如果超过 1million ？是要file longform. 少于1M可以file short file。我是小打小闹。所以只file shortform。简单得很。只有2页。和其他州相比，德州是比较简单的。

保险就看你的保险公司了。我用safeco （以前在哪里工作）和Underwriter比较熟。我知道 safeco可以最多16个property。
