今天我也放弃了一个short sale的deal。

今年给自己买的唯一一个房子，决定放弃。

银行已经批了，只等close。

地基有问题，修理费一万多。老房子水管是金属的，修理地基后估计水管也要修理，至少五千到一万。其他地板窗户油漆地毯橱柜啥的，七七八八加起来算两万。

这四万修理费加上去，有点鸡肋了。
